My store did a catering order of Bisonte recently in Matthews, and I loved it! I decided to get a quick pizza sub from the location in Ballantyne, and the customer service was great! I'm totally coming back again for something great here again.
We ate at Bisonte’s in Ballantyne today. The service was great, food delicious and very plentiful! I ordered my pizza, Bisonte’s special, without hot peppers. The second piece was still so spicy that I couldn’t eat it. Our waitress had Mike (manager & cook, I think) come to our table. Mike made me another pizza without capiolla ham and sausage. (He explained they make their own sausage and this batch could be spicier). Thank you, Mike, for doing what it took to gain another customer. It’s easy to understand why this restaurant has been rated the best in Charlotte for several years. It’s clearly a take-out restaurant. Minimal seating inside with a lot more outside. It was too cold to sit outside but we will be back.
Staff went out of their way to bring the taste of home to me. Food is truly Buffalo brought back many memories. Staff were friendly and made my favorite sub! Also made us an uncooked pizza to bring home. Seating inside too, which i didn't expect. This is definitely a must try for you if you are unfamiliar with the flavor of Buffalo!!
Finally found a pizza place in Charlotte that I love. My favorite is the Buffalo style which is a thicker crust than New York but not as thick as Detroit or Chicago. Crispy and fluffy and tons of toppings. Love the antipasta salad too!
They make the best authentic Buffalo wings in the Charlotte area! And their pizza is delicious. The staff is amazing—friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend if you’re craving great wings and pizza!
We ordered a large bacon/chicken pizza, several subs. Everything was fresh, delicious and hot. Incredible pizza choices and the best we have had. Will definitely be back again. FIVE STARS OVERALL
So being from Long Island NY it can be difficult to find a pizza place that has flavor and style you are accustomed to. That being said I met a young lady named Sarah on Wednesday who works at the newest location of Bisonte in Ballantyne who intrigued me enough to want to come back and give their Buffalo Style Pizza a try. I am a NY style pizza girl all the way (which they do have) but, she convinced me to give the Buffalo a try and being a woman of my word I did today. Well as you see in the pic I have a Buffalo chicken Buffalo Style and a Cheese Buffalo Style pizza. They were both very good. Flavorful and Fresh down to the crust! Next time I would ask for more sauce on the cheese pizza because, it has a nice flavor and Buffalo style crust is thicker than NY style. Now when I want good tasting pizza that has flavor that other places lack I have no problem going for the Buffalo Style at Bisonte. Now I have to try their NY Style. Thanks Miss Sarah.
Update, being from western New York its hard to find good pizza and wings. They have the best wings old school buffalo style. Staff at this location are excellent!!
